- Service charges are clearly mentioned in the official proposal, quotation, or invoice shared with the client.

- Payments must be made as per the agreed terms before or during the service delivery period.

- Late or incomplete payments may delay or suspend ongoing services.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

- Once a project is fully delivered and accepted, refunds will not be applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

- All creative materials, designs, software, and content developed by Zelig Infotech remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement.

- Clients receive a limited license to use delivered products for their intended purpose only.

- Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any part of our content or materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

- Zelig Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service involved.

- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically under the Sharjah Free Zone jurisdiction.

- Any disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
